Refund policy

At Effect Scale (operated by The Vasquez Effect LLC), we are committed to delivering high-quality digital marketing and consulting services. Because our work involves strategic planning, campaign management, and time-based professional services, we maintain a clear and fair refund policy as outlined below.

1. No Returns on Services

Due to the nature of digital marketing and consulting work, all services provided are non-returnable. Once marketing strategy, campaign setup, research, or consulting work has begun, the service cannot be reversed or returned.

2. Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a full or partial refund only under the following conditions:

  • A written cancellation request is submitted within 24 hours of purchase or payment.

  • No marketing strategy, campaign setup, research, or consulting work has started.

  • No reports, marketing plans, or consultations have been scheduled or delivered.

Partial refunds may be offered if work has started but is not yet fully completed. In such cases, refunds will be based on the unused portion of the service, minus any administrative, operational, or platform costs.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • A project or marketing campaign has already been partially or fully delivered.

  • Delays occur due to client inaction, missed approvals, or lack of required access (such as advertising accounts or business assets).

  • A client changes their decision after the service has already begun.

  • Marketing performance does not meet expectations when the agreed scope of work has been delivered.

4. Cancellation of Ongoing Services

For recurring services (such as monthly marketing management or ongoing consulting), clients may cancel at any time. However, cancellations must be submitted at least 7 days before the next billing cycle.

No partial refunds will be issued for work already completed within the current billing period.

  • Your full name

  • Date of service or transaction

  • Description of the issue or reason for the refund request

All refund requests will be reviewed, and a response will be provided within 3–5 business days.
